Aldi Cattlemen’s Ranch Black Angus Roasted Garlic Burgers

Aldi Cattlemen’s Ranch Black Angus Roasted Garlic Burgers

Similar to the previously reviewed Aldi’s Cattlemen’s Ranch Vidalia Onion and Prime Beef Seasoned patties, these Roasted Garlic beef patties are very similar. They release a ton of fat during cooking, but sear well, and are heavily seasoned enough to not need additional seasoning.

As long as you don’t over-season them, they’re going to be messy, but good.

How I cooked them:

  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a frozen patty straight from the freezer to the pan.
  3. Cook without disturbing until the first side’s well-seared, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Drain the fat if there’s too much fat in the pan, then flip the patty and cook until the other side’s well-seared, about another 3 minutes.
  5. Drain the fat again if needed. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until desired doneness over medium heat.
  6. 30 seconds before serving, flip the patty one last time and add sliced cheese, turn the stove off, and cover the pan to melt the cheese.
  7. Serve.
